Traditional mode for complex material are all made by metal material,from the view of point mode fabrication and usage process,traditional mode material equipped with heavy weight,difficult in fabricating mode with complex surface,as well as unmatched CTE between metal mode and complex material component during forming the complex material,hard to improve fabricating the precision of structure and etc.Thus,graphite is taken as first option in fabricating mode as its good physical and chemical properties.

Graphite is one kind crystallized carbide,its characteristics:
1.good heat conductivity and electrical conductivity
2.chemical corrosion resistance,not easy to react with various kinds of metal
3.thermal expansion coefficient is low, with good heat stability
4.with good lubrication and wear-resisting
5.under high temperature(above 800℃ soldering with most kinds copper bodies )intensity magnified with temperature rising
6.good mechanical processing property,able to fabricate complex shaped and high-precision mode.

DETAILS

In the current,graphite mode is mainly achieved wide application in six aspects
1.nonferrous metals continuous casting and semi continuous casting adopts graphite mode.Due to good heat conductivity and lubrication and etc not only making the cast dimension more precision and smooth surface,even crystal organization but also improve speed of casting directly proceed on next procedure.It greatly improves pass rate of finished goods either does the quality of goods.
2.mode for pressure casting:artificial graphite modes have been successfully applied in pressure casting for nonferrous metals.Such as cast of zinc alloy and copper alloy made by artificial graphite material has been applied in automobile parts and etc aspects.
3.graphite mode for centrifugal casting:graphite modes have been successfully applied in centrifugal casting.It is adopted artificial graphite mode with 25mm thickness to cast bronze sleeve in the United States.
4.hot pressing die :artificial graphite modes apply in pressuring sintering for hard alloy with two characteristics:①If the temperature of pressing raised to 1350℃~1450℃,the needed unit pressure can be lowered to 1/10 of cold stress.②Proceed pressure and heat adding in one procedure,it can get compact sinter bodies after short period of sintering.
5.glass forming mode: graphite modes have been unnecessary mode materials in glass fabricating recently,able to fabricate glass tube,bent tube,funnel and other various special glass bottles casting.
6.sintering mode and other diamond sintering mode:utilize the characteristic of artificial mode,shrink after heating,able to fabricate crystal tube sinter mode and rack which are widely used and become unnecessary material in developing semi conductor industry.
